John S. Leinicke, Esq.

Associate, Roig Lawyers

John S. Leinicke is an associate with the Florida-wide defense firm Roig Lawyers.  His practice focuses on first party insurance defense, fraud investigation, and statutory compliance issues involving medical licensure.

Prior to being elected as President of the DCDBA in 2014, John was the organization's vice-president from 2013-2014.


A South Florida native and life-long Hurricane, John earned his juris doctorate the University of Miami.  He was also a member of the UM School of Law's Honor Counsel, and won the 2007 Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board Negotiation Competition. 


His current professional and community activities include membership in the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the DRI.  As a member of the DRI, John has sat on the Young Lawyers Steering Committee for the past three years.
