Social media evidence – Getting it in, keeping it out, making it work

In an increasingly connected world, where more and more people live more and more of their lives online, social media can make or break your case. Even evidence the jury will never see can be crucial to selecting that jury in the first place. Please join us for DCDBA's second CLE luncheon of 2015 featuring Michael Holt, Esq. and Victoria San Pedro, Esq., litigators at Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell.  The co-authors of “Social Media Evidence: What You Can’t Use Won’t Help You,” Mr. Holt and Ms. San Pedro will discuss social media admissibility and use at trial.
